Teamwork Makes a Dreamwork LLC is introducing The Butterfly Effect: Surviving Freshman Year! Myself and another college graduate will be selecting 4 (2 boys & 2 girls) graduating seniors who are a 1st generation college students (1st person in their immediate family to attend college) to mentor their freshman year.
Our mission
The program is being created as a means to increase freshman year retention! The mentorship will come with a college survival kit for semesters 1 & 2, a bi-monthly allowance, assignment and homework assistance, and life skills advice on surviving their freshman year!
